We want to give you a precious break, where everyday life simply stays at the back of your mind. Eyes, ears, and mouth – it's the culinary details, the relaxed atmosphere, and the cozy ambiance that appeal to all your senses.

The Menu

In the evening, we offer 3, 5, or 8 courses.
If you'd like, you can expand or replace the menu with signature dishes.

At lunch, we offer a reduced menu – just a little smaller and cheaper.

Vegetarian? No problem. Always available!
Vegan? Upon request.

Dress Code

Whether you're wearing a suit or sweatpants, there's no dress code for your enjoyment in our restaurant. The main thing is that you feel comfortable.

Reservations

Lunch: Friday & Saturday from 12 p.m.
Evening: Wednesday to Saturday from 6:30 p.m.

For reservations of 6 or more people, we serve exclusively our 5- or 8-course menu.

We cultivate our own vegetables, exotic produce, herbs, and flowers – together with the Hausladen "Boierhof" family in Willmering. We have two greenhouses there, which we cultivate according to our own cultivation plan.

We brew our own soy sauce, grow koji, amazake, garums, and shrubs, ferment and preserve foods. We let meat and fish age until they reach their sweet spot and make our own sourdough bread.
